In this 10 hour immersion, we move through over 20 practices to support you in creating your foundation into the pathway of pranayama, to gain full understanding of these practices and the way the breath moves through our body, we will also be covering the anatomy of the breath, the core cylinder and meditations by the incredible Rachel Ellery.
You will learn how to use these pranayama techniques as a door way to access and support the conscious, sustainable control of your daily attitudes and mind set, how and when to use them, the ancient philosophy and why and how they became so powerful. We will also understand the cleansing and natural purification effects on the body and mind that simply just the breath can portray.
