This training aims to support individuals in deepening their body-mind & soul connection, expanding their inner wisdom self-awareness, and fostering a sense of inner radiance and well-being.
Sadhana seeks to align the practitioner's inner being with higher truths, values, and principles that lead to Self-development & Self-realization.
Through sadhana, individuals strive to overcome inner obstacles, purify their thoughts and emotions, and cultivate virtues such as compassion, love, and wisdom.
1. Foundations of Sadhana: Participants are introduced to the concept of Sadhana, which refers to the daily spiritual practice aimed at self-realization and personal evolution. The training explores the importance of discipline, commitment, and devotion in cultivating a regular Sadhana practice to deepen one's spiritual journey.
2. Somatic Practices: The program integrates somatic awareness techniques that emphasize internal sensations, movement patterns, and body-mind connection. Participants learn to release tension, improve body awareness, and enhance movement efficiency through somatic practices such as Somatic Yin, Body Mind Centering and Somatic Experiencing.
3. Embodied Hatha Yoga Asana: Participants will engage in embodied yoga asana practices that focus on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Emphasizing the integration of somatic awareness into yoga poses, participants learn to move with greater mindfulness, presence, and intentionality on the mat.
4. Pranayama and Breathwork: The training includes an exploration of pranayama techniques & Somatic breathing exercises to regulate the breath, increase prana (life force energy), and cultivate healing, inner focus and balance. Participants learn to harness the power of the breath to calm the mind, energize the body, and deepen their somatic experience.
5. Meditation and Contemplation: The program incorporates meditation practices that help participants cultivate present-moment awareness, inner stillness, and self-inquiry. Participants explore various meditation techniques to quiet the mind, deepen self-reflection, and connect with their inner wisdom and intuition.
6. Personal Sadhana Development: Through guidance and support, participants are encouraged to develop and refine their personal Sadhana practice tailored to their unique needs, goals, and spiritual aspirations. The training provides the tools, resources, and community support needed to establish a sustainable and transformative Sadhana ritual.
7. Kirtan and the path of Bhakti: Integrating Kirtan and Bhakti into the sadhana program can help participants to deepen their spiritual practice, cultivate a sense of inner peace, and foster a deeper connection with the divine. These practices can also inspire feelings of joy, gratitude, and love, which are essential for personal transformation and growth on the spiritual path.
8.Integration and Transformation: By weaving together somatic practices, embodied yoga, pranayama, meditation, contemplation, Kirtan and personal Sadhana development, participants are offered a holistic and integrated approach to personal growth and transformation.
Carlos is a Surfer yogi devoted yoga teacher, originally from Venezuela. He has been immersed in the journey of self-exploration over the last 20 years, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Dharma Mittra Yoga, Anusara, Yin and Embodied Flow. As an E-RYT 500 instructor, he offers ongoing classes, workshops, immersions, retreats and trainings. He is the kind of a yoga teacher who artfully curates every moment of the mind-body-spirit journey, leaving just enough space for silence.
Carlos is known to take you for a journey into the sensations of your inner universe, dropping deeper into stillness and awareness, where you can experience your own uninterrupted rhythm and frequency. His fascination with the healing arts, connective tissues, working with the fascia and the cellular intelligence of the body inspired his quest to create a space where yogis can find their own meaningful connection to life force, while opening up the energetic lines of the body and uncovering spaces through conscious breath and movement.
An artful creator, passionate explorer of the inner and outer realms of existence, a practitioner of Yoga and the universal wisdom that leads to the expansion of Consciousness.
He has travelled the world extensively as a student and as an inspirational teacher. His classes are Heart oriented, Spiritually inspiring and grounded in a deep understanding of inner and outer alignment. Rafael is an adventurous and passionate artist who explores existence in inner and outer realms. He loves nature, is a guardian of the sacred, and is a practitioner of universal wisdom.
As a well-traveled teacher, he founded The Dao of yoga and created Naga Tulum. His heart-oriented classes are spiritually inspiring and grounded in deep inner and outer alignment knowledge.

To qualify for this program, participants must have met one of the following prerequisites:
1. Completion of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) course.
2. Maintained a consistent yoga practice for a minimum of two years.
3. Participation in training or deep containers led by Carlos Romero or Raphael Chaman
